Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a licensed professional counselor in Texas since 2018. Prior to becoming a counselor, I retired as a school principal where I worked with countless adolescents and their families. Further, I was a business owner and served in the military. I work with clients of all races, ethnicities, and socioeconomic status. My clients range from adolescents to retired adults experiencing a wide range of concerns such as overwhelming stress, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, parenting problems, addictions, and career challenges. Many of my clients have experienced emotional trauma from sexual assault, both physical and emotional abuse, as well as neglect.
My counseling style is conversational and casual. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, choice theory, and rational-emotive therapy. We will work together to create and follow a treatment plan that meets your unique and specific needs, which will enable you to confidently make choices that will empower you.
If you are ready to live the life that you want then I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, remote counseling has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person therapy for most situations.
One of the main benefits is convenience – you can connect with a therapist in the format that best fits your life, whether that is a video session, a phone call, a live chat, or messaging inside an app. This flexibility often makes it easier to keep appointments and maintain momentum in treatment.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if your needs change you may switch to a different therapist at any time to find a better fit. Online therapy can be a practical, adaptable option for many people seeking support.
