Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi
I am Charlotte Ludwig a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have over 15 years experience in the counseling field and have had the pleasure of working with clients in a variety of treatment settings. I believe people can change and I can offer a compassionate, empathetic, supportive, safe space to address your challenges. I enjoy working with clients to guide them to achieve positive change and obtain their goals. We all need a little help and no shame in asking for help and I would love to help you. I have experience and training working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and opiate and alcohol dependency, I have worked for many years with dual diagnosed clients and have helped clients with low self esteem, domestic violence, homelessness, emotional abuse, impulsivity, interpersonal issues, trauma, grief & loss, anger management, isolation and relapse.
My approach will NOT include confrontation or judgment and I believe one of the most important tools in counseling is the client/counselor relationship. My therapeutic approach will include cognitive behavioral therapy- person centered, solution focused and strength based.

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience – people can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to pursue meaningful progress with the support of a qualified therapist.
