Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been helping people achieve their therapeutic goals for over 18 years. Each person is unique, so a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy just won’t do. That’s why I use an integrative, therapeutic approach which is tailored to the individual and includes: Problem Solving; Structural Techniques; Inter-relational Techniques; Cognitive Techniques; Family-Of-Origin Issues and Individual Developmental Issues.
I have experience working with a variety of issues and I especially enjoy helping people manage their relationships.
You will find me to be friendly and non-judgmental, but firm in my commitment to help you strive towards your goals. Let’s work together to get you on a better path so you can live your life more abundantly.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is the flexibility it offers. Clients can connect in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule and to access care from different locations.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a client prefers a different fit, it is possible to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
