Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, disordered eating, OCD and grief. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach includes a holistic method that incorporates therapeutic interventions drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. Every situation and person is different, so I will be approaching your sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I have found that I truly enjoy the opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives. Empowering others to help themselves is a passion of mine. I believe in people and work to build a non-judgmental connection with my clients, which opens the doors for true awareness and growth. It takes courage to take this step, if you are ready I am here to support you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that is video sessions, phone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent work on goals and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many, remote therapy offers a practical, accessible route to addressing everyday mental health concerns while preserving the therapeutic relationship and continuity of care.
