Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me. Husband, Dad and businessman, I too have sought and engaged the right tools to help me manage life challenges and changes. Starting with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, I later trained in the discipline called Brief Therapy. I also have been trained in the work of Milton Erickson and use many of his techniques in my practice, including hypnosis. I have also engaged in numerous practicums and an internship in Substance Abuse. I have worked with hundreds of clients across a spectrum of issues.
Early in my studies, it became apparent to me that there was a real need for counseling services and tools that were focused specifically on men, including both adults and adolescents. In my private practice that’s exactly what I do: Focus on using practical tools to help men through life changes and challenges.
Some issues and challenges I can help with include: Points of crisis – including relationships, loss, grief and death. Lack of direction or motivation, professional dilemmas, substance mismanagement, depression and anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.
We will work hard if needed. We will work fast if needed. It all depends on your goals and circumstances. There are, of course, no guarantees in life or therapy. But what I can promise you is a committed professional partner who will furnish you with ample perspective and useful tools. And very importantly, I won’t waste your time or money.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch providers if you need a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health concerns, online sessions offer an accessible and effective path to support.
