Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello!
I am an independent licensed mental health therapist (LIMHP) and I have been working in the counseling field since 2015. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office and online, in the schools, and outpatient settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, OCD, life-changes, and trauma.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe in meeting everyone where they are in their journey and tailoring treatment to meet their specific needs. My approach includes a combination of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and interpersonal counseling.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be an effective option for those seeking support for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care.
Licensed professionals provide online sessions, and if a different match is needed, clients can switch therapists at any time. For many people, these factors make online therapy a practical and accessible way to pursue mental health support.
