Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
You are searching for help – I am here and honored to help you. Welcome!
My name is Nancy Manly, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addictions Specialist, licensed and certified in the state of Colorado. I have been providing transformative counseling for more than 20 years now, with expertise and experience in treating people struggling with a depth and breadth of issues. Some of these concerns and struggles include: anxiety, depression, stress management, substance use and abuse and other behavioral addictions, acceptance and coping with life transitions, grief and loss, unresolved wounds and traumas, healthy boundaries, negative thinking patterns, self-worth, relationship issues, destructive core beliefs, hospice and end-of-life journeys, aging, navigating caregiver challenges and stressors, Alzheimer’s and other dementias, compassion fatigue, career issues, walking forward in difficult health diagnoses, managing chronic pain, and other such seasons and situations we battle in life. My skills aid you in developing your skills to battle victoriously.
My approach is warm, compassionate, honest, and gentle – rooted in a strengths-based axis centered around you, the client, as the expert on your own life, guided by me, the therapist, an expert in mental health sciences and in helping people make the desired changes within themselves and in their lives. I integrate a myriad of modalities with concrete strategies and processes that bring tangible and sustainable results.
My clients describe me as calming, empathetic, respectful, insightful, accepting, trustworthy, wise, understanding, easy to talk with, comforting, capable, gentle, honest – ” a gifted guide who companions to healing,” “a gifted listener who hears the heart beyond the words,” “a present strength and safe place.”
In creating treatment plans individualized specifically to each client, according to their needs, abilities, and present circumstances; I weave together scientifically-prove therapeutic methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Psychoeducational, Client-Centered, Existential, Mindfulness, Life Coaching, Relaxation, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic, Dialectical Behavioral, Trauma-Focused, and other therapies as appropriate. My therapeutic processes are holistically positioned toward unifying your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health and well-being.
I realize that this can sound like a lot to understand and undertake. Just know I will meet you where you are and provide what you need, walking with you and working with you at your own pace; so that, together, we will take steps forward toward the sustainable positive changes you seek. As we work together to crystalize, and then achieve, your goals, it is my directive and passion to not merely decrease your distress and suffering, but to increase your joy and peace.
We all need help from time to time in this life. I admire your wisdom and strength in reaching out. And it is a strength to ask for help when we need it. So whether you have engaged in therapy at previous times in your life, or this is your first engagement in such work, you are absolutely worth taking this path. You can become the person you desire to be. You can live the life you have been given to the fullest. You can learn to manage your feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and life more optimally.
Now that you have taken this first step, I encourage you to take the next one and contact me directly. Life is short, let’s begin today in improving yours!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common issues – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of connection that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit, they may switch therapists at any time. For many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option.
