Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I love bringing clarity and vision to my clients and giving them the tools they need to be successful long after we’re through. I’m dedicated, warm, compassionate, and always looking for more resources to share. I genuinely believe my clients are the experts on their own life and working together, we’ll build an individual treatment plan that includes a tailored approach, timetable, and clear objectives.
I believe everyone can benefit from talking with a counselor and want everyone to have access to quality and timely services. If you’re ready to make some changes in your life, I’d love to help you on your journey. Please note I am generally available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30-3 MDT for these appointments. If that does not work with your schedule, we may need to get you matched with another therapist.
I did my Undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Utah. I have worked as a Mental Health Therapist for 5 years and am proud to also have a Coaching certification and be EMDR trained. I have 3 children and we enjoy exploring the beauty and variety of the West!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One of the key benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of communication that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is a video session, a phone call, live chat, or ongoing in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical option for people seeking timely, accessible mental health support from qualified clinicians.
