Of those years, 16 are helping people, 8 through clinical work with difficult life transitions, trauma survivors, immigrants, and more, and 10 years as an employee relations specialist, both overseas and in Washington. This broad experience has heightened her ability to connect with people. Her clinical work is person-centered based on clients’ goals and needs. Using somatic, EMDR and cognitive-behavioral modalities, she seeks to integrate body and mind and increase life balance and kindness for the self.
