Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in California with 22 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I value my clients’ time and show up for appointments. I set time aside for my clients and I’m present. I ask the same from my clients. I understand that things can come up… appointments, work, friends… I get it. Still, keeping appointments is important. When I schedule a time for someone, it’s a time I can’t give to someone else.
I can only keep someone’s time available for them if they can be present as scheduled. If you can absolutely commit to keeping our appointments, then we can keep having them.
Communication is really important and I encourage people to reach out if they have a (non-emergency) question or concern or something to share. Also, if you are needing to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, I ask that you also please send a quick message.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you in working through challenges to help you get to a better place.

Zoya Raysberg-Bellman is a California-licensed marriage and family therapist (CA LMFT 47371) with 22 years of professional experience. She works with individuals facing stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, anger management concerns, and depression, and helps clients navigate life changes by creating an open, nonjudgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be expressed.
Zoya emphasizes the courage it takes to pursue a more fulfilling and happier life and offers support and empowerment throughout that process. She values her clients’ time, arrives prepared for appointments, and remains present during sessions – expectations she asks clients to share so scheduled time can be honored.
While Zoya understands that unexpected issues can arise, she notes that reserved appointment times cannot be given to others, and continued work together depends on a mutual commitment to keeping appointments. She encourages clients to reach out with non-emergency questions or concerns, and requests a quick message if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Zoya looks forward to supporting people as they work through challenges and move toward a better place.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparably effective to traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking support for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists through the method that best fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to incorporate therapy into daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can offer a convenient way to access trained support while maintaining the same core therapeutic goals as in-person care.
