Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I am bilingual in English/Spanish and place a lot of importance in providing multicultural mental heath care. I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship, career and self-esteem challenges.
My approach is collaborative and respectful. I believe that every person has the strength and resilience within themselves to overcome adversity. However, sometimes when we feel stuck, it can be helpful to work with a mentor/guide/coach to move forward.
As a mother of 2 daughters, I am passionate about helping women in all stages of life. In my “spare” time, I enjoy Crossfit, Audible books and far too many true-crime podcasts.
I know that it takes a immense courage to take the first step in the journey of change. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you, and work collaboratively on creating the life you want.

Yanitza Quiles is a licensed independent clinical social worker based in Massachusetts with 13 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.
She holds a Master of Arts degree and maintains her LICSW credential as an independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts (license number 118381). Bilingual in English and Spanish, she places strong emphasis on offering multicultural mental health care.
Throughout her career she has worked with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship and career challenges, and self-esteem issues. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and respectful, grounded in the belief that people already possess strengths and resilience that can help them overcome adversity.
At the same time, she recognizes that feeling stuck is common and that working with a mentor, guide, or coach can provide structure and momentum for change. As a mother of two daughters, she is especially passionate about supporting women at different stages of life.
Outside of practice she enjoys CrossFit, listening to Audible books, and following far too many true-crime podcasts. She acknowledges the courage it takes to begin therapy and welcomes the opportunity to meet and work together to create a life that feels more aligned with each person’s goals.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility. People can connect in the way that best fits their lives – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to attend sessions consistently.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists at any time if they are seeking a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical option for accessing consistent support while balancing other responsibilities.
