Yanina Lambert is a California-based therapist who works with people experiencing sadness, anxiety, stress, relationship strain, trouble concentrating, children’s behavioral concerns, or who simply need a safe space to talk. She is licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist, a state credential that authorizes her to provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Yanina has experience working with diverse populations and enjoys helping people discover alternative ways to live a more satisfying life. She believes that with appropriate guidance and support, individuals and families can enhance their well-being and strengthen their relationships.
Yanina is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, commonly known as EMDR, and has experience assisting individuals, couples, children, and families during transitions and in finding solutions to personal and relationship problems. She works with adolescents and children who have behavioral or conduct issues, as well as with people coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment difficulties. Her clinical work includes support for Latino and Caucasian populations.
