Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
HI, I am a BACP accredited and experienced integrative therapist which means I have knowledge of a number of theories including CBT, Person centred and Gestalt which I draw on to support a broad range and people and their needs. Its widely agreed that there is no model that works better than any other and it’s the therapists personal skills and experience that are more important in forming a strong and trusting relationship which is at the heart of my work, creating a trusted therapeutic relationship.I believe there is a link between physical and mental health which is why I also tap into any form of activities the client identifies as being something of interest. This could be walking, running, art gardening or anything they bring to the session which has a positive impact on their well being.I have nearly 10 years experience of supporting a diverse cohort of people from age 12 to adults with low needs to more complex ones and work collaboratively to identify the causes and how to positively address the effects. I work on the basis that the client is the expert and we are in a partnership to support them and meet their needs.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatising labels. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist offering online sessions is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to change therapists at any time if they need a different fit. Online therapy can be an accessible, practical option for many seeking support.
