Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life is full of challenges, but being happy shouldn’t be one of them, and feeling like you are alone shouldn’t be another. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over sixteen years of experience helping people overcome some of life’s biggest challenges. I have experience in job and career development, disability adjustment and coping, addictions, relationships, anger management, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a direct, solution-focused approach and take pride in being non-judgmental and accepting. I consider it my responsibility to help my patients develop coping skills to address their problems.
Counseling provides a therapeutic relationship where you can explore issues and work towards personal growth and healing. It presents an opportunity to negotiate obstacles and find healthy coping skills that lead to healthier decisions. It gives you the opportunity to learn new ways of thinking and behaving that helps you find peace and happiness.
I use several approaches, including cognitive-behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, acceptance, commitment therapy, and brief therapy techniques.
It takes courage to seek help, and I want to congratulate you on taking that first step.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care for many individuals.
A major benefit of virtual counseling is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that works best for them, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to connect in the way that feels most comfortable.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for addressing everyday mental health concerns and supporting personal growth.
