Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video visit, a phone session, a live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit regular care into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering these services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit.
