Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina and also a certified Health Coach. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City and I have over 30 years of social work experience working in a variety of social work settings. I have worked with clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem, loss, parenting problems, career challenges and a number of other issues.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I begin by listening carefully to the issues and deciding together with you on goals for therapy. My approach is client-centered and combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, psychodynamic and psycho-educational. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am committed to supporting all people where they are in life and helping them transition through difficult times of crisis or stress by building resilience and using healthier coping skills.
Life at times can be very overwhelming and challenging. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step towards feeling better emotionally, mentally and physically, I will be here to support and empower you.
I look forward to having the privilege to work with you!

Many people ask whether virtual therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to schedule and maintain consistent care.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, convenient way to pursue support and progress toward emotional well-being.
