Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
All therapists working online are licensed professionals, and if a particular therapeutic match isn’t right, you can switch to a different therapist at any time.
