Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker of 20+ years in the helping profession. I enjoy helping people reaching their goals by engaging the body, mind, and motivation through the process of positive healing. I have been able to complete these results by working with individuals using tools related to cognitive-behavioral modification, solution focused approaches, while helping the client understand and reach their goals of mindful wholeness.
My studies include both a Bachelors and Master degree from Southern Illinois University @Carbondale. I have worked with children and adolescents however most recently with adults (young to mature) with chronic illness for over 15 years. I love the services I provided and the transformations I am able to witness in the lives of people. While taking a accountability approach with individual when appropriate, I guide people with compassion, accepting that we all have challenges in life and need a helping hand at times, there is not judgement here!

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes virtual options a practical choice for people seeking help for everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the way that fits their comfort and schedule best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options helps therapy fit into busy lives and different personal preferences.
Therapists who offer online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, the combination of proven outcomes and flexible access makes online therapy a valuable path to consider.
