Tracy Kent is a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) in the United Kingdom. Tracy has four years of post-qualifying experience working with both common mental health problems and complex trauma.
Tracy specialises in supporting survivors of domestic abuse and has worked with clients of all ages on issues including stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence and depression.
Tracy believes that clients are the experts of their own stories and that they possess strengths which can help them address the challenges they face.
Tracy recognises that taking the first step into therapy can take courage and is proud of clients who begin that process.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For a range of common concerns - such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes - online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility - clients can connect with their therapist in the way that suits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
