Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome and hello, I’m Tracey
In a world that can sometimes feel unsafe, starting therapy can leave you feeling vulnerable or anxious, talking to a complete stranger that you have never met before. After years of living on eggshells and navigating a ‘one size fits all’ system, my unique and individual therapeutic journey was truly a gift to myself and immensely healing.
If you are feeling lost, alone, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, finding it difficult to sleep, distracted by unwanted thoughts, maybe lacking in self esteem, fearful of being vulnerable, weighed down by shame or guilt, I can offer you that space space where my hope for you is that you feel truly supported and not so alone in your journey.
I am credentialed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. My approach is trauma sensitive and neurodivergent affirming. I work with what I call as an Integrative Therapist, which means I draw on different theories to support you in your individual journey, making it unique to you and your experiences as I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. You will be at the heart of our therapy and I will bring with me a safe, empathic and non judgmental space for you to explore and reflect on what bought you to me. Therapy is a real gift to yourself.

Tracey Slater welcomes people who are feeling lost, overwhelmed, anxious or weighed down by shame or guilt, offering a calm and supportive space to explore what brought them to therapy. After years of living on eggshells and navigating a one size fits all system, Tracey found her own therapeutic journey deeply healing, and that personal experience shapes how she works with others.
Tracey is credentialed in the United Kingdom and has 3 years of professional work experience. She practices as an integrative therapist, drawing on different theories to tailor sessions to each person’s needs rather than relying on a single approach. Her work is trauma-sensitive and neurodivergent-affirming, and she aims to provide an empathic, non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported rather than alone.
She supports people with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, grief, depression, coping with life changes, family issues, trauma and abuse, parenting difficulties, anger, self-esteem challenges, and ADHD. As a female therapist, Tracey hopes to help clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and to start healing through therapy as a meaningful investment in themselves.
Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to engage in a format that feels comfortable.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. This combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical option for many people seeking support.
