I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and an accredited National Counselling Society member (MNCS Accred). I have extensive experience working with teenagers and adults face-to-face, online, and by telephone. I apply an integrative approach drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, and EFT, and I am currently undertaking a Trauma Therapy course. My specialities lie in the following areas: depression, anxiety and anger management. I also have experience working in the following areas: trauma, self-esteem, self-harm, family, grief, abuse, young people, eating disorders, suicidal feelings, mindfulness, and a wide range of other complex issues. I have worked in secondary school.

His primary specialities are depression, anxiety and anger management.
He also has experience supporting people with trauma, self-esteem concerns, self-harm, family difficulties, grief, abuse, issues affecting young people, eating disorders, suicidal feelings, mindfulness and a wide range of other complex issues. He has previously worked in a secondary school setting.
