She has been licensed to practice in California for 31 years and draws on decades of clinical work to support people through difficult transitions and ongoing struggles.
Her clinical experience includes helping individuals coping with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and loneliness, as well as assisting people through divorce and child custody matters. She has worked in a psychiatric facility and with clients who have dual diagnoses, and she has substantial experience treating addiction. Tina has spent ten years working with seniors, ten years supporting children and families, and ten years assisting young adults on the autism spectrum.

For many of the most common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be an effective option for people looking for accessible care without sacrificing therapeutic quality.
One major advantage is the flexibility it offers. Clients can connect in the format that best suits their needs – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel another clinician might be a better fit. Online therapy can be a practical, adaptable way to get professional support when addressing everyday mental health concerns.
