Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
An important advantage is the flexibility it offers – you can meet with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if you decide another therapist would be a better fit, you have the option to switch at any time.
