Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers at any time if they feel a different fit would be better.
