Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Timme , I have lived in Colorado most of my life, growing up in the Arkansas Valley among the rich culture of farmers, ranchers, Hispanic communities where I learned a strong work ethic, about the role that one’s culture plays in the one’s journey. The desire to become involved in the mental health profession came from being around the Veterans who were at the Fort Lyon Veterans Administration Hospital where my father worked, they gave me the understanding about what being emotionally and physically challenged meant, about how to cope with those challenges, they are the reason that I hold the credentials of being a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Addiction Counselor, Certified Addiction Psychotherapist as well as other credential within the mental health professional landscape. I assuredly believe that “Hope is the anchor of your soul…do not let go!” The power of “As you think, so shall you be” is supported through the clinical modalities that I use: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing which I have had positive outcomes with my clients over the past 17 years. I believe in working with my client’s strengths, which includes their spiritual beliefs as part of embracing their desire to reach that “sweet spot” in their life’s journey.
I look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person care for many individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and if someone wants a different therapeutic fit they are able to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, effective way to access support for many everyday mental health concerns.
