Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Thania,
Integrative Therapist | Counsellor & Coach | Trauma-Informed Practitioner
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating, relationship difficulties whether it be the relationship you have with yourself, or others, identity challenges, and the impact of trauma. My role is to help you move beyond surface-level coping and into a place of deeper clarity, emotional connection, and long-term change.
I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends counselling and coaching to give you the best possible results, drawing from psychodynamic principles, person-centred therapy, and CBT. Rather than following a rigid method, I tailor each session to your emotional history, current experience, and long-term goals.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside of your relationships, this work is about helping you come home to your authentic self. Together, we explore the root causes of what’s weighing you down and build the tools you need to shift long-standing patterns.
What You Can Expect
✔️ A tailored, integrative approach – I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to suit your unique emotional needs.
✔️ Focus on self-awareness and clarity – I’ll help you make sense of what you’re feeling, where it comes from, and how to change what’s no longer serving you and shift from negative self belief and unhealthy mindsets.
✔️ A grounded, compassionate space – I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself, and finally feel seen and supported.
✔️ Culturally attuned therapy – I work with people from diverse cultural, faith, and relational backgrounds, always honouring the complexity of your identity.
✔️ Online Sessions
Areas I work with (but not limited to):
• Trauma & PTSD
• Relationship struggles (past or present)
• Anxiety and depression
• Emotional disconnection or shutdown/triggers
• Low self-worth, shame, or identity confusion
• Intergenerational, cultural, or faith-based stress
I’m a registered member of NCPS, and I’m committed to ethical, professional, client-centred, and emotionally attuned practice.
This is precious work and so are you. So if you’re ready to begin this work, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
