Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Terry!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have over six years of experience working in many different settings and levels of care. These include inpatient hospitals, private practice, and forensics. While in these settings I have worked with individuals who have experienced a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, life transitions, and individuals experiencing career challenges or wanting to make career changes.
My passion is to empower others and together build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and authenticity. I rely on a holistic, person-centered approach, borrowing from collaborative, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, and mindfulness-based practices.
It takes strength and courage to ask for help and seek a happier more fulling life. If you are ready to embark on the journey, I am here to support you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One significant advantage is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday schedules.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different match. For many, online therapy offers an accessible, adaptable way to address common mental health and life concerns.
