Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina. I have worked as a licensed therapist over the past 9 years providing individual and family therapy as well as couple therapy in various settings including telehealth. I have worked with individuals (adolescents, adults, men & women) with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, attention deficit, bipolar, anger management problems, marital/relationship issues, parenting problems, sexual problems, and career concerns. These problems often cause major disruptions in our daily life. My approach is often solution focus, client and holistic centered but I also can use other approaches to cater to the person’s needs. I believe that it is very important to look at the whole person (environment, family, medical, financial, etc.) instead of just the presenting problems.
I like to take a nonjudgmental, caring, and respectful approach to help the person navigate through their journey and learn how to cope with their daily life stressors by using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focus Therapy, and Reality Therapy. I know taken the first step to seeking therapy is big and anxiety invoking but if you take the first step, I will take the rest of the steps with you.
I look forward to working with you soon.

His clinical work addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, attention differences, bipolar disorder, anger management, relationship and marital challenges, parenting difficulties, sexual concerns, and career-related stress. He regularly uses cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and reality therapy to help clients develop coping strategies and manage daily stressors.
Known for a nonjudgmental, caring, and respectful stance, he recognizes that beginning therapy can feel daunting and aims to walk alongside clients as they take their first steps. He looks forward to working with those ready to engage in meaningful change.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research and practice indicate that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that fits their routine and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to integrate care into everyday life.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and individuals can request a different therapist at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy expands access while preserving the fundamental goals of effective mental health care.
