Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, and welcome. I understand that finding the right therapist can feel big and sometimes overwhelming. My hope is that this brief introduction will offer you a sense of who I am and how I might walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minnesota, with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, adolescents, and families. My background includes working through a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the deep emotional weight of grief and loss.
In our work together, I strive to help you recognize your inherent worth and rediscover the strength that already exists within you. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—we’ll take things one step at a time, working at a pace that feels right for you. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect; sometimes it just takes the strength to begin the first few steps.
I believe that healing happens in safe, open spaces, so I’m committed to creating an environment where you feel truly heard, seen, and free to express yourself without fear of judgment. Seeking help takes courage, and choosing to pursue a more meaningful and peaceful life is a powerful decision. I’m here to support and empower you as you take those steps forward.
If you’re looking for a faith-based perspective, I also offer the option of integrating Christian life coaching and biblical insight into our work, always based on your preference and comfort.
You don’t have to navigate this path alone—I’m honored to walk with you.
