Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Tara Watts, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. I have over 20 years of experience working as a clinician, working with individual, couples and families. I acknowledge your courage in taking the necessary steps to have a more fulfilling and happier life. I am willing and able to assist you as you engage the process of change. I look forward to talking with you soon and joining you in this effort.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect in the way that best fits their routine and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistent care.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to change providers at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can therefore be a practical, effective way to access support while accommodating the demands of everyday life.
