Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Nebraska with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have therapeutic experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, transitions, guilt and shame, substance addiction, trauma and abuse, and personality disorders. I have worked with substance abuse clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
My unique experience working in Higher Education Student Services allows me to assist teens and adults of all ages with getting ready and transitioning into college. Not only working with the potential college student but also with parents sending their children off to college. It is a huge time of transition even if the student is going to remain in the same city as their family living on campus or off, or remaining in their family home. This has its own unique struggles. I truly enjoy working with the college-bound or college contemplators! Having someone help guide a first-generation college student or an adult learner going to college for the first time, or returning after many years can help take some of the stress, fear, and possible miscommunication out of this exciting transitional time for the whole family.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes – online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the greatest advantages is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist using the method that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can offer practical, accessible support for many everyday mental health needs.
