Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome!
My name is Tamira Rosner, but please feel free to call me Tammy, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio, and an LPC in the state of Virginia. Having worked with an Employee Assistance Program for over 15 years, I have counseled people for a wide range of concerns, including work related issues, relationship and family concerns, depression and anxiety.
My counseling approach includes cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and client-centered, as I try to meet individuals where they are at and with what they may need.
I appreciate and respect everyone I work with, for I know it is not easy asking for help. My hope is that together, we can work towards your goals that will have a positive impact on your life.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the format that works best for them – video appointments, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if at any point someone wants a different match, they can switch to another therapist. Online therapy makes evidence-informed support more accessible while preserving the same core elements of effective treatment.
