Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
At The Healing Mind Collaborative, my mission as a bilingual/bicultural Spanish/English clinician with 20 + years of experience is to provide a comprehensive, healing-focused approach that addresses the impact of past experiences on your present life. I believe that by processing and healing old wounds, you can free yourself from the triggers that cause distress and shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today. My goal, along with my team of trained clinicians and registered associates, is to help you break free from the past, and approach life with a renewed sense of peace and confidence.
My purpose is to help you heal current distress affecting your mind and body by processing and healing past wounds, so they no longer trigger reactions in your life. Rooted in Attachment Theory, we use EMDR, bilateral stimulation, and evidence-based therapies in a collaborative, supportive environment to promote profound healing and growth.
I understand how painful navigating life can be, and want to help you transform the way you see yourself and the world. Give yourself the opportunity to experience life from a healed perspective. My highly skilled trainees have immediate openings at a reduced session rate – without compromising skill or care. Your journey to healing begins with us.

Many people question whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their lives best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain a consistent therapy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective way to work through everyday challenges and pursue mental health goals.
