Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Trying to find just the right fit in a counselor can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. Speaking with someone about things that are troublesome, that you have been struggling with or that you can’t seem to change can be difficult. I aim to make that step easier and less awkward. We will develop a working relationship that is non-judgmental, relaxed and goal focused.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas with over 25 years experience. I earned my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas. I have experience with stress-management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem along with relationship, parenting and adjustment issues. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach while incorporating a holistic view point between the mind and body.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For most common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps make care easier to fit into daily life.
All providers offering these services are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch therapists at any time if a different fit is desired.
