Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings from Steve!
I am licensed in California, and have been a therapist for over 30 years. I have experience in helping people with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, & coping with loss and change. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I work with individuals to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I draw upon a variety of approaches to counseling, including trauma-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment Therapy and I am an EMDR trained clinician.
I have supported individuals from all walks of life, and also provide help to helpers: those who work in the fields of social services, counseling, and first responders. I have provided counseling and psychotherapy to professionals who are experiencing the challenges that result from working in the high stress fields of social work, healthcare, law enforcement and rescue services.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into everyday life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different match is desired, clients can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective route to address everyday mental health needs and life transitions.
