Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns - including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes - online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility. You can engage with a therapist in the format that suits you best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility helps therapy fit into busy lives and different routines.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed clients may change therapists at any time. Online work can therefore offer both effective clinical support and practical convenience for people seeking help.
