Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania with over 20 years experience providing mental health services to clients of all ages. I am a developmentalist at heart, believing in the whole of our life experience making us who we are today. Over the years my clients have ranged from age 2 to age 80 and I have seen individuals and families in settings such as outpatient, inpatient, treatment facilities, hospitals, schools and residential.
More important than approach or type of therapy is the relationship that you form with a counselor. Research indicates that the client/therapist relationship is the biggest indicator of success in therapy. In other words, safety and comfort in the therapeutic relationship is key.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling which means that I draw from various types of therapies to best meet your needs. Each person is unique and to be most effective, each approach needs to match the individual. I use aspects of Person-Centered Therapy , CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobiology), Dyadic Developmental Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.
It takes strength to reach out for counseling, especially if you are not feeling particularly strong. I will join you by whatever means of communicating is best for you; video, messaging, phone or live chat. Together we will move toward your goals. I am available to communicate daily and look forward to working with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person care for effectiveness.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to schedule and maintain regular sessions.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. The format supports many common treatment goals while allowing therapy to be integrated into daily routines.
