Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
My name is Stephanie Mastroantonio. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the behavioral health and human services field for almost 20 years. I enjoy working with individuals who face hardships and adversity in their personal and professional lives. My expertise is focusing on helping clients reduce symptoms of and struggles from depression, anxiety, ADHD, specialized caregiving/parenting, grief, and poor self concept. Much of my experience has been with individuals who have endured complex and pervasive trauma.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic, genuine, non-judgmental and based on trust and reciprocity. I use a systems lens to help my clients see how various parts of their lives such as: family of origin, neighborhood, and employment collide impacting their views, functioning, and relationships. I believe the people I work with are the experts on their lives. I also believe people can be guided to find their own solutions and identify the steps they need to take to move forward.
My goal is to assist individuals on their journey of healing and self actualization.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes it a viable option for addressing a wide range of everyday mental health needs.
One major benefit of online therapy is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to engage in care from locations that are convenient.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they feel a different match would better meet their needs. For many people, remote therapy provides accessible, effective support for navigating personal challenges and building coping skills.
