Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit of remote therapy is its flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video appointments, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic match is desired, clients have the option to switch to another therapist at any time.
