Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Stacy Park. I’m a licensed therapist working in Knoxville, TN. I consider myself very fortunate to be in a career where I get to meet people everyday who are wanting to make improvements within themselves and/or relationships. I recognize change can be a scary, unsettling process!
I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years and have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. My experience has ranged from working in the most intense hospital setting with crisis stabilization efforts to longer term recovery in a community mental health center and some programs in between. I’ve learned to meet people where they are and to make it safe for folks to tell their story while feeling respected and not judged.
I’m comfortable discussing a variety of topics including substance use concerns, grief and loss, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, anger management growth, and relationship issues.
I approach the therapy relationship with positivity, transparency and at times humor. I believe that the answers that the client is seeking usually come from inside their hearts or their heads and not from me! I’ve been fortunate to learn from wonderful people in my clinical work who had the courage to share with me a lot of different experiences, and the things that work to help them cope.
Therapy is very personal and private . I believe in providing a space where everyone is treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My therapy style draws from an assortment of systems including motivational, strength based and cognitive -behavioral perspectives.
I will generally check messages daily Monday – Friday, a few times a day. I also do my best to respond as quickly as I can. Please understand that I will also be giving each client my attention when it is “their turn”, I do appreciate your patience if I am tending to other clients! If your need is urgent, I once again want to urge you to seek the support of someone who is suited to manage crisis situations. There are a number of available crisis resources both by phone and text 24 hours a day, 7 days a week listed in crisis information.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I look forward to having a chance to support and empower you!

Many people ask whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care through these options, and clients have the ability to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical way to access consistent support while maintaining the same focus on goals and treatment planning as in-person work.
