Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii with a fairly young practice. I attended school late in life, and understand life’s developmental issues. I am a conservative Christian, and look forward to helping anyone who is seeking help. I am not judgmental, and can work with any population. Most of my work over the past 8 years has been with people with Serious Mental Illness (SMI). I believe this has given me a strong base to work with clients from all walks of life, facing all kinds of issues. I use a variety of techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, relaxation and breathing techniques, among others. I believe that people know themselves better than anyone, and often know what they need to do, and just need some support and encouragement to move forward in life. I recently located from Hawaii to Missouri, so my availability on my calendar accounts for the 5-hour time difference from Missouri to Hawaii. I look forward to working with anyone who wants to take steps to better their lives!

Much of her clinical work has focused on supporting people with Serious Mental Illness, which she views as a strong foundation for treating concerns across the spectrum. She believes people often have a clear sense of what they need and that therapy can provide the encouragement and practical support needed to move forward.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that works best for them, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to schedule regular care around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, the combination of proven approaches and flexible access makes online therapy a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
