Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a graduate of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an APA-accredited program, in Chicago. I take a client-centered, strengths-based perspective while integrating evidence-based approaches while working with individuals in therapy. It’s important that I am present with my clients and equip them with the skills that they need to help them move towards goals. I have over 10 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and a variety of treatment settings including but not limited to private practice, community mental health, residential treatment, hospitals, and schools.
Additionally, I’ve co-authored a research article entitled “When Diagnostic Labels Mask Trauma,” as well as a book chapter (“Exploring the Healing Powers of Hip-Hop: Increasing Therapeutic Efficacy, Utilizing the Hip-Hop Culture as an Alternative Platform for Expression and Connection”). I have also presented at a number of professional conferences to share my work related to utilizing multicultural and experiential approaches, as well as disseminating information with his research team about the subjective experiences of adolescents.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for many individuals.
A major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. The online format offers a range of communication methods while keeping the therapeutic process focused on addressing presenting concerns and supporting progress.
