It is my desire that every client be able to develop paths to improved life skills and functionality. I approach all cases from a person centered perspective and my favorite Treatment Modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing In cognitive Behavioral Therapy I will assist you in identifying and practicing alternative strategies to lead to better management of symptoms. Motivational Interviewing is a client focused approach, wherein the therapist provides direct support to help the client explore and resolve reasons for ambivalence to change, which then permits working towards developing goals for desired change.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals and trained therapists, and you have the option to switch providers if you decide a different fit would be better. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical choice for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
