Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Indiana and have worked both in an inpatient psychiatric setting as well as outpatient counseling practice. I take what is known as a “positive psychology” approach to therapy knowing that each individual has personal strengths that they can pull from to continue to grow and improve both personally and professionally. I have experience in helping clients with mood difficulties, stress management, relationship issues, motivation with life change and adjustments, and self-esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, and the client takes the primary lead in setting therapy goals. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage but it is such an enriching and empowering part of life’s journey. I look forward to working with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone prefers a different fit they may switch therapists at any time.
