Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe that the things we have been through do not have to be in vain. I became a therapist because I wanted to use my own experiences to help others strive, not only to survive but to thrive after horrendous events. During an internship opportunity in my Master’s degree program, I found that I as a survivor, as well as a professional, became incredibly empowered and motivated to embark upon social change. I have seen immense healing in so many areas of my career thus far and it just keeps growing. That was only the beginning of that realization of the potential we all have for healing within. Since this start, my vision has expanded and the experience I’ve gained in treating people with an eclectic approach. I always meet my clients where they are and include them in their treatment as experts on themselves. I’m looking forward to working with you on improving your quality of life!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it simpler to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit at any time.
