Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I received my undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1998 after completing an internship at Georgetown Law. I worked in federal law enforcement from 1998-2002 while obtaining my MA in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University. Upon completion of my masters degree, I moved to NY and began working at Lewis County Community Mental Health Center running a youth diversion program for teens who were involved in the criminal justice system and had a mental health diagnosis.
In 2003, I began working as a full-time therapist and soon after started in private practice working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence, substance use disorder, and premarital/marital issues.
I have over 16 years in the field of mental health and substance use disorder treatment. I offer a non-judgmental and unbiased perspective, always meeting clients where they are at. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solutions-focused therapy, strength-based therapy, and motivational interviewing skills to offer the most comprehensive therapeutic experience.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, remote therapy is often shown to be as effective as traditional in-person treatment.
A primary benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that best fits their routine and comfort level, whether that is a video appointment, a phone call, a live chat session, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care through these channels, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different match. For many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible, practical path to consistent treatment.
