As a qualified, accredited and experienced Integrative Counsellor I provide a warm, non-judgemental, empathic, safe and confidential environment where we can work together. I integrate different counselling theories and tailor these to meet your needs. We work collaboratively to explore and understand your feelings. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor which involves supervising the work of other counsellors.

Sharon Strickland is a qualified, accredited integrative counsellor who offers a warm, non-judgemental and empathic approach to therapy. With a calm and supportive presence she helps people who are feeling overwhelmed, under pressure, uncertain how to cope, or unsure how to move forward. Sharon draws on a range of counselling theories and adapts her approach to suit each person she works with, creating a safe and confidential space for exploration.
Sharon is also a clinical supervisor and supports the professional development of other counsellors. She works with both young people and adults across a wide range of difficulties and is committed to working collaboratively to understand and make sense of feelings. Sharon Strickland MBACP (Accred) – an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy – welcomes contact to explore whether counselling might help on a client’s journey.
