Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Sarah. I am a person-centred therapeutic counsellor and I trained in the UK. After qualifying, I set up my own private practice. What can I offer you as my client? You can be sure that you will always be at the centre of our work together. That means it won’t be about what I think. Therapy is collaborative, that means I am alongside you. It is relational, that means a connection develops between us and is part of the therapeutic process of growth for you as a client. It is about working out what you really feel and value, it is about deepening your understanding of yourself and making sense of why you are the way you are. It is about discovering your own inner-resources. I will listen to you with warmth, empathy and respect while supporting you to make changes in your life. If you don’t know what you want to change, that’s ok, I will support you while you work out what is going on for you. I will be real with you. I may gently challenge you. You can 100% rely on my professional integrity. I work ethically and adhere to ‘good practice’ standards required by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have regular supervision, I am insured, I update my trainings and I am committed to my own personal growth and professional development. I look forward to meeting you.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can make a real difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. This approach offers access to professional support while accommodating different needs and preferences.
