Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2016 with an M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, originally from New England, but have been residing in Las Vegas for almost 20 years. I am now a Clinical Professional Counselor that loves to help others heal from whatever it is they may be suffering from. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients to learn about others to help them achieve the best possible results of themselves. I have worked with different concerns including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and trauma issues primarily.
My therapy style is creating a nonjudgmental open space to provide for healing. The therapeutic relationship is important in the healing process, I always want to advocate what is best for the client, finding the best fit is important. I believe in being compassionate and caring, but I will also challenge the client along the way. I combine different approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and I am also an EMDR clinician. I will change this approach based on the need of the client.
It takes a lot of bravery to reach out to seek for help, especially meeting with a therapist at first is a complete stranger, I look forward to meeting and working with each and every one of you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly makes a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the mode that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapeutic work into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy is a practical and accessible way to pursue support for everyday mental health concerns.
