Sarah Edinger

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist for youth and children. I have branched out to include working with adults as well. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, anger management, ADHD, self-esteem, and confidence issues.
My counseling style is warm, down to earth and person-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered and solution focused modalities. I am a complete believer in that sometimes it takes a couple tries to find the one “you fit with” in terms of therapist. I may not be the best fit for one person, but will definitely help with referrals as needed. The therapeutic alliance is half the battle.

I look forward to working with you!

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy schedule.

These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. That flexibility and accessibility make online therapy a viable option for many people seeking support.
