Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist for youth and children. I have branched out to include working with adults as well. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, anger management, ADHD, self-esteem, and confidence issues.
My counseling style is warm, down to earth and person-centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered and solution focused modalities. I am a complete believer in that sometimes it takes a couple tries to find the one “you fit with” in terms of therapist. I may not be the best fit for one person, but will definitely help with referrals as needed. The therapeutic alliance is half the battle.
I look forward to working with you!

Sarah Edinger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of clinical experience, licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi and holding a Master of Science degree that supports her clinical credential.
She spent much of her early career working with children and adolescents and has expanded her practice to include adults. She has supported clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career difficulties, anger management, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), low self-esteem, and confidence-related struggles.
Her counseling style is warm, down-to-earth, and person-centered. She blends cognitive-behavioral methods with person-centered and solution-focused approaches to tailor care to each individual’s needs. She also recognizes that finding the right therapeutic match can take time and will provide referrals when a different fit might better serve a client. She places strong emphasis on the therapeutic alliance as a central part of effective work together.
Based in Mississippi, Sarah welcomes new clients seeking practical, compassionate support.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy schedule.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit. That flexibility and accessibility make online therapy a viable option for many people seeking support.
